Products Features

  • High Tensile Strength and Ductility plain steel pipe or galvanized steel tube with minimum 60g/m2 to 200gr/m2 galvanization.
  • Silicon bronze welded to make the welding seam extremely smooth and rust free.
  • Specially designed welding jig make all welding no deforming to fence panel.
  • Sand blasting and phosphating before powder coating.
  • High-quality powder coating or hot dipped galvanised makes the fence panel long life.
  • Excellent Saint Black Powder Coating, other color is available on request.
  • Customized specifications are accepted.
  • Two rails with 17/19 vertical pickets configuration.
Driveway Gate Detail

Specifications

For the Standard Ornamental Picket fence, there are 3 main parts: Panel, post and accessories.

The picket and rails are full welded. The panel and post are all fabricated with galvanized pipe as per EN10346.

Finish: The bolts and nuts are stainless steel 304. Panel and post are powder coated with certified powder and pass 500H-1000H salt spray testing followed by ISO9227.
