Dock Leveler Characteristics:
The Dock Leveler uses a hydraulic power unit to lift the upper main panel through the main oil cylinder, while a small auxiliary oil cylinder pushes out the lip plate. This equipment is essential when dock height and truck height differ. Utilizing the principle of self-weight drop, the lip plate is positioned onto the rear of the truck for seamless loading operations.
The hydraulic dock leveler is the most widely used loading platform due to its stable performance, simple operation, low maintenance requirements, and ease of repair.
