Hydraulic Dock Leveler Characteristics:
The dock leveler uses a hydraulic power unit to lift the upper main panel through the main oil cylinder, while a small auxiliary oil cylinder pushes out the lip plate. This equipment is essential when dock height and truck height differ. Through the principle of self-weight drop, the lip plate is positioned onto the rear of the truck to facilitate loading and unloading.
The hydraulic type of dock leveler is currently the most widely used platform due to its stable performance, simple operation, low maintenance rate, and ease of repair.
