Dock shelters are enclosures that seal the perimeter of the trailer to form a complete enclosure. This is achieved by applying pressure to the sides of the trailer using fabric curtains fitted with fiberglass stays. The dock shelter is designed to fill the space between the building wall and the truck, sealing the top, sides, and back of the transport vehicle to create an extension of the warehouse.
When trucks touch the dock to load goods, it wraps the back of the lorry to ensure a closeness and dust-proof environment.
Ideal for uniform truck types requiring strict insulation. Features high-density 30KG/m³ compression sponge filled liners (300mm x 300mm) and self-extinguishing PVC curtains (800 g/m²).
Suitable for cold storage or environments requiring high closeness. Consists of 2 side and 1 top inflatable PVC fabrics. Inflation is achieved via a 3-phase air blower in 15 seconds.
