Airbag truck container thermal insulated inflatable dock seal
The inflatable dock shelter is growing in popularity as more comprehensive control of vehicles and equipment becomes available. The use of inflatable dock seals works very simply; the vehicle arrives at the dock usually with an external traffic light showing green, when the warehouse operative is alerted to the presence of the vehicle.
Working Principle: Once the fan is energized, the cushions fill with high volume, low pressure air and maintain steady contact on the sides and roof of the vehicle. This provides a tight seal, reducing the ingress of elements and maintaining temperature-controlled air within the facility.

The outer side of the inflatable door seal is provided with 800 mm wide polyurethane foam door panels on three sides. The inner side features a top sealing column and two side sealing columns made of synthetic fabric covered with chloroprene rubber. The hollow continuous cylinders are inflated by an external blower to wrap the truck compartment tightly.
